Я обращался за кредитом в несколько банков, и все мне отказали без объяснения причин. Догадываюсь, почему. Было время, когда я задерживал платежи. Был без работы, не на что было платить кредит. Да, согласен. «Плохая кредитная история». А сейчас что делать?
«Плохая» кредитная история возникает у людей, которые однажды брали в банке кредит и нарушили сроки платежей по кредитному договору. Причина не важна, важно наличие записи, что был просрочен кредитный платеж. И вот человек с плохой кредитной историей обращается в банк за новым кредитом. Банк делает запрос в Бюро Кредитных Историй (БКИ) и на основе полученной информации будет принимать решение целесообразности выдачи вам кредита.
Человеку с негативной кредитной историй сложно получить кредит, карту рассрочки или взять ипотеку. Если были мега-неплатежи, то отказывать будут даже МФО (микрофинансовые организации). Некоторые кредиторы не отказывают, но предлагают деньги на невыгодных условиях:
- по завышенной процентной ставке
- требование предоставить поручителей
- требование передать имущество в залог
Плохая платежная дисциплина — один из основных поводов отказа заёмщику в кредите.
Плохая кредитная история — это:
- просрочка платежа по сроку
- просрочка платежа по сумме
- неплатежи в принципе
Исправить кредитную историю нельзя, но можно ее улучшить!
Что делать, если банки отказывают вам в новом кредите из-за вашей плохой кредитной истории?
Если вы хотите улучшить кредитную историю, создайте ее заново!
- оформите беспроцентную кредитную карту
- возьмите небольшой потребительский кредит
- купите товар в рассрочку
Взять микрозайм — спорная практика. Микрофинансовые организации обещают улучшить кредитную историю при условии своевременной выплаты долга. На самом деле по информации от кредитных брокеров крупные банки в принципе не кредитуют клиентов, у которых есть открытые микрозаймы, даже если они выплачиваются без просрочек.
Главное правило! Вы должны новый небольшой кредит и четко и аккуратно выплачивать в установленный срок и в в полном размере.
Ну и конечно, ранние кредиты никуда не денутся, и по ним вы также должны производить выплаты. Здесь нужна реструктуризация кредита, изменение графика платежей (это как вы договоритесь с банком).
Свежая история своевременных платежей улучшит вашу репутацию в глазах новых кредиторов.
Кредитная история — это база данных о ваших кредитах:
- в каких банках вы брали кредиты
- какая у вас задолженность на текущий момент
- были ли просроченные платежи
- являетесь ли вы поручителем по чужим кредитам
Срок хранения сведений в БКИ — 10 лет со дня последней записи.
