Мой телефон попал в базу мошенников из «службы безопасности банка». Поражает многообразие уловок, которые они придумывают. Боюсь, что когда-нибудь попадусь в их ловушку. Как обезопасить свои деньги с гарантией? Есть ли универсальный способ защитить свою банковскую карту?
Действительно, в век развития интернета и цифровизации активность новых видов мошенничества достигла таких масштабов, что, к сожалению, стала обыденным явлением. Перечислим основные способы мошенничества с банковскими картами.
Звонок из «службы безопасности банка»
- Вас просят подтвердить, действительно ли вы делали перевод в пользу некоего неизвестного вам лица.
- Вам сообщают, что кто-то поменял в вашем личном кабинете номер телефона и просят подтвердить эту информацию.
- Вам сообщают, что некто оформил на вас кредит и сделку нужно срочно аннулировать.
- Банк выявил иную любую подозрительную операцию, поэтому требуется ваше срочное участие для предотвращения мошеннических действий и для сохранности денег на вашей банковской карте.
Сценариев обмана много и, увы, будет еще больше. Мошенники хитры и изобретательны. Перестает работать одна схема обмана, тут же придумывается следующая. Человек, представившийся сотрудником «Службы безопасности банка» рассказывает любую правдоподобную историю, суть которой — сообщение, что с вашей карты прямо сейчас незаконно списывают ваши деньги, и это мошенничество нужно немедленно остановить. А для этого нужно следовать инструкциям. Мошенники создают иллюзию, что пытаются спасти вас от мошенников, но на самом деле их цель — обокрасть вас.
Какие данные нужны мошенникам?
Любой платеж осуществляется при вводе номера банковской карты, секретного номера CVC на обороте карты, а также кода подтверждения из смс. Вот мошенники и стремятся завладеть этими данными, чтобы списать деньги с вашей банковской карты.
Инструкции (и виды мошеннических схем) могут быть разными, но суть их сводится к трем действиям, каждый из которых по отдельности или их совокупность вместе ведут к краже ваших денег с вашей банковской карты:
- Получить CVV- или CVC-код вашей банковской карты
- Получить код из СМС на подтверждение платежа
- Направить вас на фишинговый сайт, где вы введете нужные мошенникам данные.
Следуйте этим простым правилам, и вы сохраните ваши деньги:
- Не совершайте никаких операций по инструкциям звонящего. Работник банка никогда не потребует у вас секретные данные банковской карты, личного кабинета или кода подтверждения платежа из смс.
- Никому не сообщайте CVV- или CVC-код. Этот секретный код служит для безопасности ваших денег.
- Не переходите по ссылкам на подозрительные сайты. Если вам прислали смс или письмо с ссылкой на личный кабинет, платежную систему и другие фишинговые сайты, замаскированные под настоящие — внимательно проверяйте адрес, а еще лучше не переходите вовсе. На фишинговом сайте вы вводите секретную информацию, которая становится доступна преступникам.
- В случае действительно подозрительных переводов служба безопасности банка сама заблокирует подозрительный платеж или целиком вашу банковскую карту, если сочтет банковскую операцию сомнительной. Банк пришлет вам смс о блокировке и предложит самостоятельно позвонить в банк. Обратите внимание, звонить нужно по телефону, указанному на оборотной стороне вашей банковской карты или официальном сайте банка.
Резюме: если вам позвонили — не выполняйте никаких инструкций. Просто положите трубку и перезвоните в свой банк по официальному номеру. Сообщите оператору о подозрительном звонке. Банк проверит, все ли в порядке с вашей банковской картой.
