Как понять, в вакансиях какая указана зарплата: гросс или нетто? Гросс — это с налогами? Как рассчитать, сколько в итоге я получу на руки, если указана гросс зарплата?
Зарплата гросс (gross — англ.) — это сумма заработной платы до вычета налога на доходы физических лиц (НДФЛ), который составляет 13 %. Так как из гросс зарплаты НДФЛ еще не вычтен, то такую зарплату в нашей стране еще называют «грязной», то есть неочищенной. «Грязная» зарплата — это разговорный язык, неофициальный.
НДФЛ рассчитывается в процентах от дохода физических лиц.
РАЗМЕР НАЛОГА = НАЛОГОВАЯ БАЗА* СТАВКА НАЛОГА
Пример: Сумма зарплаты составляет 100 000 рублей. Сумма НДФЛ = 100 000 рублей * 13 % = 13 000 рублей.
Налогоплательщиком НДФЛ является сам работник. Однако наша система налогообложения устроена таким образом, что в НДФЛ за работника уплачивает налоговый агент — предприятие, где трудится работник. Поэтому в трудовом договоре работника будет указана зарплата гросс.
Работник получит на руки нетто зарплату (net — англ.), то есть конечную, очищенную от НДФЛ. Разговорно такую зарплату еще называют «чистой».
Отличие между гросс и нетто зарплатой — это 13% НДФЛ, которые работодатель за работника перечисляет в бюджет государства.
Пример: Гросс зарплата, указанная в трудовом договоре — 100 000 рублей.
Нетто зарплата, которую получит работник = 100 000 рублей — НДФЛ 13 000 рублей = 87 000 рублей.
Официально уплаченный НДФЛ можно вернуть с помощью налоговых вычетов — на обучение, на лечение, на покупку недвижимости.
Какая зарплата указывается в вакансиях?
Чаще всего в вакансиях работодатели указывают гросс зарплату и уточняют, что зарплата до вычета налогов. Для работника же важнее деньги, которые он получает на руки. Кроме того, в вакансиях может встречаться не только сумма зарплаты гросс, но и включать оклад и бонусы, которые еще надо заработать. Чтобы не было недопонимания и разочарований, обязательно следует уточнять детали на собеседовании.
